Cancellation policy.
Tonify Health & Wellness is a small local business with a limited number of appointments available. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved just for you. Our goal is to provide a quality service in a timely manner. To do this, we have to implement the following policies:
Cancellations or Changes
When you book an appointment with Tonify Health & Wellness, we guarantee you this time. If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice. If you miss your appointment or do not provide 24 hours notice, a fee of $50 will be charged.
We do however understand that life gets in the way and these situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Appointment Time
We ask that you arrive on time for your consultation to ensure we have the time to address all your concerns. If you are running late, please let us know via email. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your consultation to ensure you get the full allocated time.
